The History of Sands of Time |
|

"Lives of great men all remind us we can make our lives sublime. And, departing, leave behind us footprints on the sands of time" - Henry Wadsworth Longfellow
All people strive to make their mark. Hopefully, the mark that is left is one of character, strength, and respect. Sands of Time strives to uphold that image. Our members are a respectful, fun, and very talented group who leave a lasting impression on all those who cross our path.
Sands of Time originated in a small MMO called Rubies of Eventide, from a small, very close, core group of players. Several name changes and owners later, we became Sands of Time. Many of our members have been around for several years. We are a very close-knit group of people who enjoy having fun. Our members are very diverse. Some are married, some are in college, and some have kids, but we all share a love for SoT. If you are interested in becoming a member of this wonderful kin, please submit your application.

A kin is a like-minded group of players coming together for the purpose of having a good time. For some, that good time is only achieved by mastery of the game and the domination of other players as well as the environment. Others are just looking for the modern equivalent of the corner bar. But the point is ultimately to enjoy yourself, and help the other members have as much fun as possible.
As a member of this kin, we ask that you do the following. If you do not think you can hold to these guidelines, please do not accept the terms and go your way in peace. If, after joining you feel that other members are not following these guidelines, please contact the kin leader.
We are very glad to have you with us and hope that you enjoy yourself and feel at home among us! |
